MISSED APPOINTMENTS

During April and May there were 83 10 minute appointments missed at the Surgery.

This is equivalent to 13.8 hours of wasted consulting time.

We have introduced a policy of writing to patients to highlight their failure to attend; appointments are scarce and it is important that you inform us in good time if you are unable to keep your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to someone else.
