Clinical Pharmacy

Lyndsay Steel (f) and Chris Woolham (m) are Clinical Pharmacists who work within our team. Their role is to provide expert advice on your medication, undertake medication reviews and also offer follow up after your Chronic Disease reviews.

Both Lyndsay and Chris see patients face to face in the surgery or can provide telephone consultations.
