We have Clinical Pharmacists who work within our team. Their role is to provide expert advice on your medication, undertake medication reviews and also offer follow up after your Chronic Disease reviews. If you would like to arrange an appointment with the Pharmacist to review or discuss your medication please contact reception on 888270.
