New Patient Registration

To register with the Heilendi please complete a registration form which is available to download on the next tab or collect from reception (or we can post one to you, if you prefer). Patients that live within the practice area shown on the map (which includes the islands of North Ronaldsay and Shapinsay) below can register with the practice.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.
